At Be True Apparel, we strive for excellence in quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique nature of our boutique items, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted. However, we're happy to accommodate exchanges.

To initiate an exchange, please ensure the item:

- is exchanged 7 days after receiving your items.

- Is unwashed and free of stains

- Has no lingering scents or pet hair 

- Retains original tags and packaging

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy Detail

If your exchange results in a lower-priced item, the remaining balance will be issued as a discount code redeemable in our boutique only. Please note that we do not refund the difference to your original payment method.

Important:

- Refunds are not issued to the original payment method for exchange differences.

- Discount codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
